Singer Brian McFadden and fiancée Delta Goodrem have postponed their planned Christmas wedding due to hectic work commitments.

The star couple both have high workloads and have decided to put off their extravagant Christmas wedding.

But McFadden is quick to confirm the couple are still madly in love, telling The Herald Sun that they wish to wed and take time off, not get married in between “gigs”.

McFadden is currently in Melbourne filming “Football Superstar” whilst Goodrem is working on her new album.

McFadden was also aware of the speculation the wedding delay may cause, but insists they wish to take time off from their busy schedules after their wedding.
