With mothers’ day just around the corner, millions of Aussies will take time out to thank their favourite females in the world.
But one mother who won’t be getting any love from Aussies is Sharon Osboure, who is now under the pump down under after calling Australians smug.
TV celebrity made headlines here recently for apparently hating singer Dannii Minogue, but now she has criticized all citizens in our shores.
The louder-than-life whiney Pom had an outburst during an episode of the US version of The Celebrity Apprentice, where she urged host Donald Trump to fire an Australian contestant.
The business hopeful, called Curtis Stone, was shocked to hear her remarks, and even more shocked by the ease at which she said it.
When asked by Donald Trump what she thought of fellow contestant, Australian TV chef Curtis Stone, Osbourne replied, “He is very smug.”
Singer Cyndi Lauper jumped in, saying, “He’s Australian.”
“Yeah, I know,” Osbourne responded.
“Put another shrimp on the Barbie. He is too smug for me.”
“Are all Australian’s like that?” a surprised Ivanka Trump asked.
“Yeah, usually, yeah,” Osbourne responded.
Osbourne has been known in the past for her dislike of Aussies, but has never really gone far enough to offend all of them, until now.
