R’n’B singer Usher is reportedly getting divorced from his wife. According to sources the singer has been living apart from his wife Tameka Foster and has filed divorce papers.Usher has two children with his wife but has reportedly been living separately from her for around a year and has reportedly filed divorce papers in Atlanta.

The source said Usher is concerned for his children and wants to do what is in their best interests. There has been speculation the star couple have had relationship troubles for a few months, the reported divorce papers adding to speculation.

Last November Usher’s marriage was questioned after he was seen flirting with women in Miami, getting ‘ particularly close’ and was spotted entering a hotel room in the wee hours with a record executive.

Aside from the sources information on the divorce rumours, the Atlanta court Clerk insisted there is no record of a divorce petition. However, Usher’s representative and wife Tameka are yet to comment on the issue.
