The Streets band member Mike Skinner knows just how to promote his new product- get someone to carve the shape of the new Glasto Headphones into their crop circle, easy! Wearing them on stage at Glastonbury Festival, Skinner made the new SONY MDR-XB700s known to the UK public.
Skinner made a crop circle impression of his face on a field near the Glastonbury Festival site. In the large image he is sporting the new headphones in the SONY range, the same ones he wore on stage during his Glastonbury gig.
Skinner loved the headphones so much, he not only wore them performing but described them as “a part of my soul” on his Twitter page. The new celebrity headphones are from SONY and are the XB700s.
These headphones have an ultra-low, yet powerful bass response and a driver unit, reproducing low frequencies accurately. The XB in the title stands for ‘eXtra bass’ and any bass-heavy music fan should jump on board The Streets headphones train.
Bass is key to these Glasto Headphones. Made from synthetic leather these headphones have king-sized ear cushions keep the sound where you want it- to your ears only. The frequency response of these bad boys is of 3-28.000Hz and has a 50mm dome type driver unit.
You can get these rapper headphones on the SONY website or from technology stores. If you havn’t seen what the new bass loving headphones look like, just check out Skinner’s PR stunt- they look even better enlarged.
